Lanse and his team have installed various lighting projects at my properties. The recessed lighting they installed over the Pool Table, exterior lighting as well as TV mounts with swivel features. I have received so many compliments on how sleek the TV looks in the corner. They also were very intuitive with the 1920’s Historical property making sure the grounding was relocated to an area that would not be affected by cars parked outside. I have been using Florida Tech Installers for over 5 years & every time the service is impeccable! When my breaker box went out, it was fixed quickly! They have installed all of my Ring cameras as well as mounted all of my TVs. I contacted this service due to issues with my outlets in the kitchen and my bedroom light switch. I had 2 prior electricians out to fix the latter issue, paid big bucks but problem remained. Lance arrived and identified the issue in a few minutes and fixed the problem very quickly and the price was less than I had paid to the previous electricians!My outlets are also now functional. He was very courteous and also cleared up after he completed the work.
